I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a fantastic view, a comfortable double bed, and was visited by the cleaner daily. It also had a bath which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch with excellent housekeeping, valet parking, a welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance available. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see, with easy access to walk around or take the tram, and being right next to the canal. The dining options were great with self-service food available. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
